Today, we will begin our annual food drive for our Thanksgiving Food Boxes. Please take a tag (or tags) off the board in the Sanctuary for the items you’d like to donate. Donations should be placed in the box in the Fellowship Hall by Sunday, November 19th. If you know of a family who could use help with their food needs, please let Grace Worley or Sissy Drake know by November 12th. This is your opportunity to let us know about a need in our community!
The Youth are selling Christmas Trees and Wreaths again this year as a fundraiser. An order form is included in today’s bulletin. Orders are due back by Sunday, November 12th. Trees and wreaths will be delivered to the church on Tuesday, November 21st for pick up. See Joe Gotshall with questions.
November means it’s time to focus on the N.C. Baptist Children’s Home. On Sunday, November 12th, Brian Baltzell, Director of Kennedy Home in Kinston, will be our guest speaker at 11:00am. Please prayerfully consider your financial gift to this children’s ministry. Our goal is $650.
The 2017 Community Revival will begin next Sunday, November 12th, through Wednesday, November 15th at 7:00pm each night. A devotional written by one of the four Revival pastors will be in each Sunday’s bulletin to help you prepare for this four-night experience. Mark your calendar, read each insert, pray, and plan to attend each night of Revival! The schedule is as follows:

Poinsettia and ornament orders will be accepted beginning next Sunday, November 12th, and are due by Sunday, November 26th. The cost is $14 per Poinsettia and $10 per ornament. Money raised from ornament sales will be donated to the New Fellowship Building Fund. An order form will be in next Sunday’s bulletin.
Tuesday, November 7th is the next Betty Massey Circle Meeting. It begins at 7:00pm. All ladies are invited!
The JBA invites all Sisters in Christ to the annual WMU World Day of Prayer, Monday, November 6th at 7pm. The event will be held at the First Baptist Church in Clayton.
The Community Thanksgiving Service will be Sunday, November 19th at 6:30pm at the Princeton Church of God on US Hwy 70 E, Princeton.
Save the Date! Volunteers are invited to participate in preparing Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes at the Samaritan’s Purse Processing Center in Charlotte on Monday, December 11th from 1pm-6pm. You must be 13 years old or older to attend. The vans will leave about 8:30am from the church. A sign-up sheet is posted in the Fellowship Hall. See Sissy Drake with questions.
