Baptized believers are to commit themselves to one another in church membership. After attending Hephzibah Baptist Church a few times, you’ll probably want to join the First Steps class. This class is offered periodically and offers an introduction to the beliefs and vision that we hold as a church. You can find out when it’s offered next at the information table.

The basic requirements for membership are salvation and baptism (by immersion after salvation).

“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” – Hebrews 10:25
